  Roof Deck

The Roof Deck on your building is a Green Roof. Green Roofs are used to reduce heating and cooling costs as well as reduce storm-water runoff; this creates a more environmentally-friendly building, it is also a Non-Smoking roof deck. Please view the Sustainability tab for tips on ways that you can support our "Green" efforts.

Reservation Policy:
The roof deck hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. Reservations may be made up to three months in advance and are subject to availability during the regular hours of operation. . After hours reservations require prior approval by Property Management. Events held after business hours may result in additional applicable rates (see below). The Roof Deck may not be reserved on Independence Day weekend.

Reservation Availability:
To make a reservation for the Roof Deck please submit a Roof Deck Request. If you require more information, please contact George Franco at (202)-868-4259 or via email gfranco@rmrgroup.com. Once the completed form has been submitted and reviewed, the room will be reserved for your event (subject to availability). Click here to submit a Roof Deck Request.

Payment:
Clean Up Fee: If the tenant fails to clean the Roof Deck after each time, the fee will be $100 or the actual costs, not to exceed $500.00.

Changes & Cancellations:
Changes to the reservation (start and/or end times, furniture set-up, number of attendees, etc.) are to be submitted to George Franco, Senior Property Manager no less than 24 hours prior to the event.

Catering:
If you will be holding a catered event you are required to provide Property Management with the caterer's Certificate of Insurance. If alcohol will be served by the caterer you will need to provide a copy of their liquor license. If you are hiring a bartender only, you must provide a liquor license for the bartender.

Alcohol Use:
If any alcohol will be served at the event, Tenant shall at all times comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to obtaining any and all licenses, permits and approvals required in connection with service of alcohol during the event. Any event on the Roof Deck that involves Alcohol will require that a security guard is present for the entire event (4 hour minimum). Tenant will be responsible for associated fees involved in hiring a guard. Cancellation of the security service for any reason requires 24 hours' notice. Less than 24 hours' notice will require the tenant to pay the entire cost of the guard service.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the building or Roof Deck. If you wish to smoke, you must be 25 feet away from the building.
